A streaming service built for viewers who seek high quality, more independent and alternative media.
The Brand

KINO is a streaming service tackling the endless abundance of ‘content’ thrown at us. 
A curation of high quality and thought-provoking media. TV and Film made to leave an impact.
Ident

The ident is the introduction to the platform, it sets the stage for what will play after.
The distortion and pixelation effects take homage to classic tv sets and the pixels that make up the pictures we see on our screens. It also lends to the counterculture ideologies of the brand.
The colours used present the wide array of genres and media the platform holds.
Condensed Idents

The condensed idents carry the same atmosphere of the full ident but are used when a quicker sequence is needed.
The alternative idents are used before different genres of media, setting a particular mood or setting before the show or film like drama or romance.
The different idents will create more engagement with the brand and are a reminder of the more personalised and creative identity of the service.
